1. We ship all over the world. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship directly to your door.
Reg exact shipping info, you can register in our website, add some items into your shopping cart.
In the shopping cart, you can enter your country and zip code, then you can check the shipping options, delivery time, and cost accordingly.
The shipping cost depends on the weight of your parcel and the destination you shipped to.
2. Our handling time is 2-7 business days after your payment has been processed, a tracking number (if applicable) will be provided to you after that.
If you have not received your tracking info in 8 days or longer since the order placing, pls do as below instruction.
a) Pls go to your account and check your order, if your order is completed and you can find the tracking no there.
b) Pls check your e-mail spam inbox if you have not received our shipping notification e-mail. Our mail system sent too many e-mails every day, and it might be spammed by your mailbox.
c) Pls double check if you have used the wrong e-mail to register. Correct e-mail is very important to keep receiving our e-mail with order status info.

3. We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. For any issues reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.
4. Flat Rate Shipping takes about 7 to 25 business days to reach destination countries in the world. However, regional variations apply which are out of our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
a) For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.
b) For the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 7 to 25 business days.
c). For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
d). For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.
5. For Standard Rate Shipping, it usually takes 8-16business days to most destination countries in the world. The tracking number will usually be trackable on the respective courier website 1 to 2 days after we have shipped the goods.
Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before the package(s) arrived at your local courier and recorded by the local shipping company. This is out of our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
NOTE: Standard shipping is cooperating way by the China Post and destination country Post. It is only fit for small parcels, if the weight is bigger than 2KG, the shipping cost would be similar to EXPRESS SHIPPING, so our system would recommend express shipping way autmactically.
Sometimes standard shipping way is not stable and small percent parcels might be delayed because of custom, if you need the order urgently, pls do not select this shipping option.

6. For Express Rate Shipping, we ship by DHL, FedEx or other expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is 3 - 7 business days.
This shipping way is highly recommended. It is stable and fast.
The shipping cost is charged according to weight by the system automatically. But if you only order a few pieces, the average shipping cost would be higher averagely because of the base charge.
The more you ordered, the average shipping cost would be lower. According to experience, for wholesale orders, the shipping cost is 1-2usd per piece averagely. Sometimes 2-3usd averagely which depends on the address and the items you purchased.
The shipping cost in the system is already given a big discount(up to 70%) by the shipping company. The original shipping cost is even much higher because it is Express international shipping way which is safe and fast.
What is item processing time?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. It also take some time to carefully package your items before shipping.
Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.
Generally, the average processing time is 2 business days (approximately); however, this is dependent on the item's stock status. For small quantity orders, the processing time is 2-7 business days while large quantities can take approximately 3-9 business days to process.
There are also exceptional cases if there is China public holiday in the middle after you placed the order.
